When can I see a dietitian?
Rima consults on Monday and Thursday (fortnightly)
Georgina consults on Wednesday and Thursday (fortnightly)

How much will it cost me?
Initial and Review Consultation – 50 minutes $160
Short Check-in Appointment – 25 minutes $90
Family consultation – 60 minutes $180
Rebates and Funding Options – As a private Clinic I need to charge fees for my services
Part Rebates are available through:
Private Health Insurance Funds with the amount payable dependent on your fund and level of cover. The treatment code for an Initial consultation is ‘500’ and for Review appointments ‘600’. Please follow up with your own health fund.
Medicare rebates are available if youhave been referred by your GP under a chronic disease management plan (GPMP) orTeam Care Arrangement (TCA). The current Medicare rebate is $55.10 and only available with the correct GP referral.
There is no gap payableforVeterans (DVA), Service Personnel (Garrison Health) and Clients with a NDISplan that includes Dietitian Services for Improved Health & Wellbeing (Support Category3.12), Improved Daily Living (Support Category 3.15) and Early Childhood InterventionSupports.
Cancellations – We need at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment and avoid being charged a $160 cancellation fee. We realise emergencies do happen and you will find me understanding in the event of an emergency.
Do I need a doctors referral?
You don’t need a doctor’s referral to see a dietitian unless you wish to claim a Medicare rebate which is $55.10 off your consult fee. However to obtain this rebate, you need to have a Medicare EPC referral with a GP management plan or Team care arrangement from your GP.
