When can I see Fiona?
Fiona consults Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am – 4pm at the nourish tasmania office – 2 Gregory Street, Sandy Bay.
What do I need to do prior to my appointment?
This depends on the amount of time and energy that you have.
Option 1 – Just think about what you usually eat and drink and bring your doctor’s referral if you’ve got one.
Option 2 – This allows more time to talk about your issues, please bring a record of what and when you eat and drink, your symptoms (what symptoms, their frequency and severity), medications and dietary supplements that you may take regularly. You might like to use this food diary / kids food diary or even better, please use this electronic diary as it interfaces with Fiona’s Diet analysis software. Unfortunately it only works with Apple gadgets.
